I have been known to be an encourager at times, instead of going all hard core and cursing, I would mellow that shiz out with some Enya and tell everyone to focus on the win...you know stopping the ball with hand eye coordination and mind power. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking and music that makes you want to punt kittens.
